All manuals are printed on regular size 8 1/2 by 11 paper with heavier cover stock being used for the front and back cover. And staple bound. All Printed hard copies are Shipped within 48 hours by first class mail with tracking/delivery confirmation. Manuals over 100 pages or orders with multiple manuals will automatically get upgraded to priority mail because of the weight. Shipping and Handling is automatically added to the cart for all shipped items. If you don't receive your manual within 5-7 days, please contact us ASAP.
